SupaSales is an AI citation tracking platform that monitors how often AI-powered search engines recommend your products and provides analytics and insights to improve your brand's visibility in AI search results.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

We reserve the right to modify subscription fees at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price changes. Continued use after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SupaSales and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our explicit written permission.

7. User Data

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUPASALES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SupaSales and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
