How does the free trial work?
Start any paid plan for free. You get 14 days of full access to all features on your chosen tier. No credit card required. After 14 days, you can choose a plan to continue. No contracts, cancel anytime.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account settings. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to the higher tier's features. Price adjustments are prorated automatically.
What platforms do you monitor?
ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google Gemini, and Google AI Mode. Gemini and AI Mode are available on Professional and Business plans. We ask each platform the same real questions your customers ask and track what they say about you.
What happens after the trial ends?
After 14 days, you can choose a plan to continue with full access. If you don't upgrade, your account reverts to the free tier. No charges unless you choose to subscribe.
Is there a discount for annual billing?

What is the AI Content Readiness Score?
It tells you whether your website is structured in a way that AI can easily understand and recommend. You get a 0-100 score plus specific things to fix, like missing schema markup or thin content pages. Included on every plan.
What is the Sentiment Analysis score?
It shows whether AI talks about your brand positively, neutrally, or negatively. You can see which platforms are most favorable and how your sentiment compares to competitors, so you know where to focus your reputation efforts.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards. Annual plans are available for every tier with 15-20% savings.
